George Orwell writes beautifully. He is due for a revival.
by Hezekiah Allen Taylor

but      revivals are such messy things
even emotionally

they take investment
of time   at least      if not money

for the tambourines
and paper cups to hold
water       tea         coffee
and lemonade
(if you're in the South)

with Orwell you'd need animals too
parking Noah's arc on the property       the arc
you stole from the church down on cherry street

well       that's going to get us a fine
